Mary Magdalene, a 25-year-old model from Toronto, has made headlines once again—this time for her latest transformation involving “Barbie face” and “cat eyes.” Mary, who began her plastic surgery journey at 21, has spent over $100,000 altering her appearance in pursuit of what she calls her “forest fairy elf” look.
Her obsession with extreme beauty started young. At 17, she worked as an exotic dancer and soon embraced what she called the “fake bimbo look.” Over the years, she’s undergone numerous procedures: Brazilian butt lifts, nose jobs, liposuction, breast enhancements (now a staggering 38J), and even eyebrow transplants.
But Mary’s surgeries haven’t come without risks. One of her most dangerous procedures involved injecting fat into her genitals—an operation that nearly killed her and required blood transfusions. “The doctor thought I was going to die,” she admitted in a podcast interview.
Despite the near-death experience, she remains committed to body modification, planning even larger breast implants and more facial surgeries. Her extreme look draws constant attention—sometimes admiration, other times criticism. Mary says she gets stared at in public and has even caused car accidents due to her appearance.
She’s candid about the physical toll: she can’t whistle, drink from a straw, or walk comfortably for long. Still, she insists the surgeries have boosted her business and identity online.
“I’m optimistic,” she says. “Even with the complications, this is who I am.”
