SPECIAL MIRACLE: 3 Missing Texas Girls Found Alive in a Hollow Tree 1 Mile From Camp

Three young girls—Emily Rivera, Zoey Nash, and Hope Lin, ages 8 to 10—have been found alive nearly 10 days after vanishing during a camping trip in Texas. A volunteer hiker heard a faint voice whisper, “We’re here… please don’t leave,” leading rescuers to a hollow tree just a mile from camp.

Inside, the girls were huddled in wet towels, using bark tied with a shoelace to cover the entrance. They survived with no food, drinking rainwater collected with plastic wrappers and wrung from soaked clothing.

Doctors credit their survival to a pre-camp safety drill and their deep bond. Despite bug bites and dehydration, all three are recovering well. They say thoughts of their mothers kept them strong.

Now hailed as #HollowTreeHeroes, the girls are being celebrated nationwide as symbols of hope and resilience.
